Matmo LLC owns and operates education brands of its own. The same four disciplines we sell to clients are the ones we depend on for our own revenue — which is a useful discipline, because we cannot recommend anything we are not prepared to live with.
An operator, not an advisor.
Most of this industry sells advice and leaves execution to someone else. That arrangement is comfortable for the advisor and expensive for the client, because the person who designed the plan never has to find out whether it survives Monday.
Matmo LLC was built the other way round. We develop and license education brands, we produce the programmes, we run the acquisition that fills them, and we carry the operational load of doing so. Consulting is something we offer because we do the work — not instead of it.
Our clients are companies that already have a product and revenue, and have arrived at the point where growth is limited by their machinery rather than by their idea.
Four things we will not trade away.
We take the pager
If we designed the system, we run it. Handing over a build and calling it a delivery is how accountability disappears, so we do not do it.
Cash is the scoreboard
Impressions, opens and platform-reported conversions are diagnostics, useful for finding problems. Whether something worked is settled by cash collected against what it cost.
Nothing ships on a hunch
Changes to creative, pages and sequences run against a control before they become the default. A declared winner beats a confident opinion every time.
Client work stays private
We do not publish client names, revenue figures or creative assets, and we do not use one client's work to sell to the next.
